•  What are Free Chat, Member Sections and Personal Consultation?

  Psychics can choose their own sections from Free and Member's Area. In Free Chat you can see the camera streams of the Psychics and you can also communicate with them by using your keyboard. In Members Chat, on the other hand, you cannot see Psychics' nor can you chat with them.

  You may also see Personal Consultation as their status that means the Psychic has been taken to Personal Consultation by a Customer.

  The main purpose of Free Chat is for our visitors to familiarize themselves with our Psychics before they take them to a Consultation.

•  How do I become a Member?

  If you have decided to become a Member, please click on the Sign up button in the upper-right corner of the website. Please note that it is mandatory to enter valid information.

  Your Account will be active right after you complete the registration, however you will need to confirm your registered e-mail address in the following 48 hours, otherwise your Account will be deleted.

•  How does video chat work?

  The Psychic has a webcam or camcorder set up in front of him/her providing live video feed through the internet. Many Psychics have audio option, so not only you can see them but hear them at the same time.

  You need to have Adobe Flash plug-in installed for your browser in order to be able to view the camera feed. If you need technical help you can contact our Online Support staff available 24/7.

•  When is a Psychic online?

  You can also add the Psychic to your Favorites list and access their profile easily from your account.

•  How can I add a Psychic to my Favorites list?

  You can add them to your "Favorites" by clicking on "Save this Psychic" button on Psychic's Profile Page.

•  How can I rate a Psychic?

  Only Members can rate the Psychic right after a Personal Consultation by clicking on the star icons.

•  I was not satisfied with a Personal Consultation. What can I do?

  If you were unsatisfied with a Psychic's Private Consultation please contact Oranum Customer Service by sending an e-mail.

•  I forgot my login details, What can I do?

  Visit the login page and provide your username and email address and we will send you an email with your login information

  If - for any reason - your login details did not reach you, please contact Oranum Customer Service by sending an e-mail.

•  Is registration really free?

  It is. All you have to do for a Free Member Account is to provide a username, a password and a valid e-mail address.

•  How can I upgrade my Membership?

  In case you would like to upgrade to full Membership, simply click on the Add credits button on the top of the site or you can buy credits in the "My Account" section.

•  How can I check my Account Balance?

  You can simply check Your balance by clicking on "My Account" button and locate "Account Balance" link.

•  How can I cancel my Membership?

  In case you would like to cancel your Membership you may contact Oranum Customer Service by sending an e-mail.

•  How can I purchase credits?

  If you are a Member, you can purchase credits by clicking on the "Add credits" button on the top of the page or under the My Account menu.

•  What can I do in case of unsuccessful transaction?

  In case you did not manage to buy credits for some reason please check your registered e-mail address. Check Spam/Junk/Bulk folders as well.

Technical Help

•  I can't see the camera streams

  If you are unable to see the camera feeds of our Psychics, please make sure your browser is up-to-date and you've installed Adobe's Flash component. Our browser of choice is Firefox - download from here - while Flash add-on can be downloaded from here.

•  I'm having trouble with my browser

  If you encounter with any odd behavior from your browser's part (such as strange error messages, cannot open a Psychic room, can't see camera streams, etc.) we encourage you to erase its cookies and cache as a first step.

  * Remark: Please note: when deleting your cookies and cache other stored data - such as browser history and stored usernames and passwords - might get erased too. Therefore we suggest that you such actions with care.

  Make sure you always have the latest Flashplayer installed for the sake of smooth camera streams and perfect user experience. Free download from here:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

  Firefox:

  Go to Tools - Clear Private Data menu. Check in Cookies and Cache and leave the rest of the checkboxes unmarked. After this click on Clear Private Data Now button.

  Chrome:

  Go to Tools (wrench icon) – select Options. Click the Under The Hood tab and find Privacy section.

  Choose Clear browsing data... button and check every type of data that you wish to delete (recommendation: mark Empty the cache, Delete cookies).

  Opera:

  Go to Tools – Delete Private Data menu. Click on Detailed Options and check in Delete All Cookies and Delete Entire Cache. Leave the rest of the options unchecked.

  IE 6:

  Visit Tools menu. Click on Internet Options afterwards and General tab's Tempoary Internet Files section. Select Delete Files... menu.

  IE 7 and 8:

  Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> Browsing History section -> Delete button. Hit on Delete files button and on Delete cookies button.

  Safari:

  Click on Edit – Empty Cache menu and Choose Empty button. Afterwards go to Safari menu -> Preferences... -> Bookmarks tab -> Show Cookies button -> Remove All button -> Done button.

•  Enabling Two Way Video Streaming (two way camera) feature

  In order to enable the Two Way Video Streaming feature so Psychics can see your camera image you simply need to click on the Camera button during a Consultation session and check in the "Allow" option in the Flash pop-up window.

  In case a black screen appears in the place of your live feed, do the following:
  
  1. Right-click (CTRL-click for Mac users) on the video image
  2. Choose "Settings" from the menu appearing
  3. Click on the small webcam icon to access Camera menu
  4. Choose the camera you have installed (Mac users with iSight should select the USB option)
  5. Choose Privacy menu and Allow access to your camera.

  Note: Make sure you have no other application(s) opened that might try to access to your webcam during Cam2Cam (e.g.: Yahoo!, MSN, Skype, etc.). Also, the latest version of Flashplayer is wise to have installed. Free download from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

•  I cannot register Free User account

  If you experience any difficulties while registering a Free User account, please double check that you entered correct information into the registration fields with English alphabet characters A-Z and 0-9. Upon a successful registration a verification message will be sent to your email address. You need to activate your Free User account by opening this message and clicking on the confirmation link. Not activated Free User accounts will be deleted after 48 hours.

  Hint: Check not only your incoming mailbox for our confirmation message but the bulk and spam folders too.

•  You cannot upgrade your Member account or buy credits?

  In case you cannot upgrade your Member Account or cannot buy more credits, please check your registered e-mail address' inbox.
